Legends of Motown is a large-format live revue celebrating the music, style and performance traditions of Motown Records.
The show's official website describes a 16-piece ensemble combining powerhouse singers, a live band, period-inspired costumes and choreography. Its tributes span The Temptations, The Four Tops, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and other artists of the Motown era.
The show's own behind-the-scenes feature describes three female vocalists, five male vocalists, a backing band and an emcee, with music performed live rather than using prerecorded tracks.
