THE PERFORMANCE
YOUR TICKET TO ISLAND TIME.
Johnny Russler & The Beach Bum Band deliver an upbeat beach-party show mixing tropical originals and well-loved songs by Jimmy Buffett and other artists.
The band's official biography describes a blend of trop rock, reggae, surf and calypso, with steel pans, strong percussion, bass, guitars and vocal harmonies. The repertoire draws from Jimmy Buffett, Bob Marley, Zac Brown Band, the Beach Boys, Paul Simon, Sublime and more.
The band reports performances across the country, including Jimmy Buffett tour pre-shows, appearances at Margaritaville in Key West, and performances backing Jimmy Buffett at charitable events. Its press kit says the musicians have performed together for more than 25 years.
Important distinction: the group's official website says “The Beach Bum Band is NOT a Jimmy Buffett tribute band.” Listed in this agency roster under Jimmy Buffett for discovery because his music is a prominent influence—not as a dedicated impersonation show.
